CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect my time, please review the following policies before booking: Appointment Deposit • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-Shows • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. • Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on the remaining time available. • If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. Emergency Situations I understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
